Platinum Jubilee concert Day three of Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations has closed with quite a show in front of Buckingham Palace. The Party at the Palace concert kicked off at 8pm local time, with the line-up including Elton JohnEd SheeranDiana RossAlicia Keys, and Hans Zimmer.

The long-time mystery was solved Saturday when the British monarch made the second-star turn of her career, appearing in a mini-movie to kick off a concert celebrating her 70 years on the throne. The sketch featured the queen having a cream tea with British national treasure Paddington Bear at Buckingham Palace.

After drinking all the tea and destroying the cakes, the duffle-coat-wearing bear from deepest Peru told Elizabeth how he always had a reserve supply of marmalade sandwiches with him, lifting up his red hat to reveal his favorite treat.

The queen’s performance with an animated bear drew laughter and loud applause from the overflow crowd at the concert outside Buckingham Palace that was the highlight of the third of four days of festivities celebrating her Platinum Jubilee. The 96-year-old monarch did not attend the concert in person due to what the palace describes as “episodic mobility issues.

Ten minutes before the show started, Prince Charles walked the short distance from Buckingham Palace to the temporary grandstand, waving cheerfully at the crowd as they shouted “Charles! Charles! Sir! Sir!” and zoomed their camera phones in to get a better glimpse of the heir to the throne.

The concert began with a celebration of the Queen’s love of humor – as she shared a pot of tea with Paddington Bear in a pre-filmed, heart-warming sketch. Immediately afterward, Queen (the band) kicked off the music in style, embellishing We Will Rock You with military pomp, courtesy of the Royal Marine Drummers.

The Platinum Jubilee concert was a resounding success! The performers were top-notch and the audience was enthralled from start to finish. It was truly a night to remember.

The concert began with a stirring rendition of the national anthem, followed by a dazzling display of fireworks. The performers then took to the stage and delivered a series of scintillating performances. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the grand finale, where all the performers came together to sing a stirring rendition of ‘We Are the World’.

It was an evening of great music and entertainment, and one that will be long remembered. Congratulations to all involved in making it such a success!

The Platinum Jubilee concert was a resounding success! Held at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall, the concert featured some of the biggest names in music, including Sir Elton John, Take That, and Dame Shirley Bassey.

The concert was a celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s seventy-fifth year on the throne, and it was certainly a night to remember. The Royal Albert Hall was decked out in its finery, and the atmosphere was electric with anticipation.
