Since yesterday i were finding this news from official site page which error online recharge system to paid to recharge on nepal telecom phone. I’m finding the error on while checking balance on ntc while dial *400# got some error message in there. But i dial to 1498 to ask why we are unable to topup from online system to recharge on it they said to me i will be maintance within few hours you need keep patient on it. Earlier on Saturday morning, there was a problem with telecom’s mpos technology. The problem was resolved around 8:30 pm, Telecom said. However, this morning, the problem has been repeated. Krishna Prasad Bhandari, co-spokesperson of Telecom, said the problem was repeated when the system was suddenly loaded. “There is a problem with the software now,” Bhandari said, adding that the software debugging is being done. So it may take some time for reconciliation. ‘
The source said that there was a problem with the upgrade of the telecom system on Friday night. About 5% of the total recharge of the company is done online. It is estimated that incomes of up to Rs 100 million a day can be affected.
