Photography and video
According to the company, Galaxy AI will enhance the photos and videos taken by the phone. In particular, the Pro Visual Engine incorporated in the phone will help to increase the quality when taking photos or editing photos in collaboration with AI.
Galaxy AI also makes videos and photos taken in low light attractive by keeping appropriate light. Digital zoom can cause more noise in the photo. The company claims that AI will reduce the noise. The 50-megapixel sensor provides up to five times optical zoom capability.
The AI will automatically add the necessary frames to the video to create slow motion. That is, the video you shot at 120 frames per second can be made by AI at 240, 480, or 960 frames per second. Due to this, the slow-motion video looks more classy.
According to the company, the gallery app will automatically use generative editing to place the watermark.
Language, voice, and other features
Galaxy AI has many language-based features. Among them, special features have been discussed.
1) Live Translate
Samsung’s built-in dialer app translates phone calls into the user’s preferred language in real-time. This feature uses AI to extract voice from text and read it out.
Interpreter
However, now some apps that provide interpreter facilities have come onto the market. An interpreter is someone who interprets what another person has said in a language you understand and the language you speak to another person. The AI-powered interpreter will act as a language translator for the user. Will Galaxy AI also be available on older Samsung phones?
However, the company released the Galaxy AI along with the S24 series. That is, initially, these features have been made available in the One UI 6.1 update.
