Dunki advance booking collection 1.4 lakh tickets were sold for the Shah Rukh Khan film, nearing ₹5 crore opening day total. The Rajkumar Hirani film still has three more days to go before its big release. It also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal.
Around 1,44,186 tickets have already been sold for 6394 shows for the opening day of the movie on December 21, as per a report on Sacnilk.com. This confirms the day 1 collection of at least ₹4.45 crore in India. The collection is only for the Hindi shows in 2D format. The film will clash with Prabhas-starrer Salaar.
Overall pre-sales are said to be around ₹3 crores after the sale of 125.8K tickets, with the advance booking for the Telugu shows yet to commence. The numbers may show a jump after the film’s trailer release on Monday.
Before the release, there are only a few days left to publish a film that will be shown on the hall side. Before a movie, all of the audience members will want to buy a ticket from there.
