Eases hands and wrists
When typing on the smartphone for a long time or holding the phone, the finger hurts or becomes numb. Similarly, holding the phone to your ear for a long time can cause elbow and arm pain. Therefore, it is better to switch the phone from one ear to the other every few minutes during a long conversation. Headphones/earbuds can also be used.
