Today Is Fullpati The Splendor of Dashain Has Increased Today, on the seventh day of Bada Dashain, Phulpati, a symbol of auspiciousness, is brought into the house. Every year, Navapaluva is entered according to the classical method on Ashwin Shukla Saptami under Durga Paksha.
From the day of Ghatasthapana, invoking Durga according to Vedic rituals, sugarcane, haledo, banana plant, rice husk, bela leaf, darim, jayanti, Ashoka flower, and human tree are brought inside the dashinghar, or worship room.
As a symbol of the nine goddesses, the flower, also known as Navapatrika, is a Vedic method of ritually worshiping all the nine goddesses with the worship of Shakti according to the classical method.
Brahmani is worshiped in banana, Raktadantika in Darim, Lakshmi in paddy, Durga in Haledo, Chamunda in Manavriksha, Kalika in sugarcane, Shiva in Belpatra, Shokarita in Ashoka, and Kattiki Devi in Jayanti. These goddesses are Navadurga’s councilors, i.e., assistants, said theology professor Dr. Ramchandra Gautam.
There is a tradition of placing flower pots brought from Gorkha district in the Dashinghar of Hanumandhoka Palace in Basantpur, Kathmandu. It has been a tradition to bring it from Gorkha to Jeevanpur in Dhading district by 6 people from Magar caste along with priests from Dashinghar, and from Jeevanpur in Dhading district to Jamal in Kathmandu by 6 people from Brahmin caste. From Jamal to Hanumandhoka, high-ranking civil service officials, Gurju platoon, bandabaza, panchebaza, and lavalaskar with cultural dances are accompanied by phulpati.
On Saturday, a group from the capital went to Jeevanpur in Dhading to collect flowers, said Sandeep Khanal, the office head of Darbar Care Centre.

The social activity of Durga Puja, the great festival of Nepali, which starts after the ghatastshapana and Jamra is laid according to the Vedic method on the day of Ashwin Shukla Pratipada, will increase from today.
