Samaira Shrestha represents the minority gender community, Mandira Adhikari Khapung, a housewife from Imadol who came to Roadies to fulfil her dream of life after marriage and Anupa Nepali, a contract player of Tribhuvan Army.
Listening to everyone’s stories, the audience felt as if they were watching a story movie. In the first episode where the audition was shown in Kathmandu, Alina had reached the beginning. Elina, who was buried in the earthquake, says that she saw death up close. She calls the current life a second life.
I faced many challenges in life. See death closely. I was rescued after surviving the earthquake for seven hours. I stayed in the hospital after being paralyzed for 6 months,’ she said, ‘My second life started after the Baisakh 12 earthquake.’
When asked by the gang leader Priyanka Karki if she is not afraid of flying in the skies of Nepal as an air hostess, her answer was – ‘I am not afraid of flying, I am afraid of Babamami’s silence.’
Then Samira reached the stage. She has also gone on a fast during the ‘Enough is Enough’ campaign and has been raising her voice in favour of gender equality. She is also a transgender woman. She said that she came with the courage to compete in Roadies.’Sunita honed her skills in acrobatics. Both Saraswati and Sunita gave attractive performances. Then Mandira Adhikari reached Khapung who compromised her dream of life by getting married at a young age. But this time, his dream has come true. For decades, Mandira, who has been taking care of her husband in foreign employment, a child and elderly mother-in-law, is taking care of the house and has now returned to Roadies.
Then Anupa Nepali, the national player of Kukosin Karate, arrived. This 24-year-old player is currently playing as a ‘contract player’ from Tribhuvan Army Club. She also talked about the differences within the club in Roadies. She also won the gold medal in the 55-kg category in the 8th National Championship.
