An Easy Way To Type Pure Nepali By Speaking On Mobile And Computer You must know that typing is based on speaking. However, you may not know how much such technology has been applied in our Nepali language.
Today, we are giving information on how to type Nepali on a computer and phone, depending on how you speak.
- If you use a computer, first of all, open Google Docs in Chrome browser (Safari or Brave) by clicking here.
- Then click on the ‘tools’ icon at the top.
- And select the option of ‘Voice Typing’ (Voice Typing) at the bottom. (If it is selected for the first time, you have to give access to the microphone. You can click on ‘Allow’ there to give access.)
- If you do this, a microphone icon will appear next to the dock.
- In it, the English language is selected by default. You click the down arrow next to Rent.
- And scroll down to the end and select the option written ‘Nepali.’
After doing this, you have to click on the microphone. If the microphone turns red, you must speak. As you speak, the words you speak are typed into Docs. After speaking, or if you have to stop in the middle, you have to click on the microphone icon.
How do you type by speaking on mobile?
There are many options for typing on a smartphone. For that, you have to install a keyboard that supports the Nepali language. It teaches how to type by speaking using ‘Our Keyboard’ and Google’s ‘GBoard.’ If you have our keyboard downloaded on your device, you will see a microphone option at the top left of the keyboard. Before that, we have to make sure that the Nepali language is selected on our keyboard.
After doing this, the option of voice typing will open while typing on the microphone. After speaking once, the topic you spoke about appears to be typed there. It also has some options. You have to choose the correct sentence that suits you.
Then go to Settings and search for ‘Keyboard’. After searching, find the keyboard list option. And go to the Gborard option.
- And select the language option.
- After doing this, go to the add keyboard option and select Nepali.
- After selecting the Nepali language, open Notepad. Tap on the microphone icon at the top right of the keyboard. (Remember, Nepali language must be selected on the keyboard below to type Nepali.)
- After that, when you speak Nepali, Devanagari will be typed there.
