Samsung Will Now Come To The Customer’s Home To Pick Up The Broken Phone Samsung Nepal has introduced free pick-up and drop service for mobile customers. The company has introduced such a service so that the customer does not have to go to the service center if there is a problem with the phone under warranty.
The company said that this service started on Sharwan 1.
According to the company, if there is any problem with the mobile phone, the customer can contact Nepal Telecom toll-free number 16600172667, cell number 9801572667, or WhatsApp number 16600172667 to avail of pick-up and drop service at home.
According to the company, Samsung representatives will reach the customer’s home pick up the mobile phone within a day of the customer’s call, and return it to the home after the repair.
Currently, this free service is provided from the service centers of New Road, Sundhara, Jawalakhel, Bhaktapur, and Naya Baneshwar in Kathmandu Valley.
