Google Bringing a Feature to Identify Unsaved Numbers on the Phone Like Truecaller Google is also now going to bring a feature similar to Trucker. Google is also on the way to bring a feature to identify numbers that are not saved on the phone.
Truecaller collects through various means and tells you who the number is and where it came from when a call comes from a number that is not saved in the phone. Similarly, this feature will soon be available in Google’s phone app. First of all, this feature was detected by the assembler debug in the new beta version of the phone app.
In that version of the phone, a new section called ‘Lookup‘ can be seen at the bottom. When you click on it, other web search apps including Google app appear. If you click on the Google app, the number is in Google search. Then the number will appear in the contact details immediately if it is related to any business.
This way you can know who called you. However, even this feature will not be able to identify the number of private individuals. Therefore, it is assumed that Google’s move will not affect other apps with similar features like Truecolor.
Similarly, like Truecolor, even if you join it, others will be able to see it. This feature has been available in Japan since March. In other countries, it is estimated to arrive in June. However, Google has not officially revealed anything about it.
