YouTube Removed 9.5 Million Videos in Three Months: 2.2 Million From India Alone has removed more than 9.5 million videos from around the world in three months. YouTube removed 95.55 million 34 thousand YouTube videos from last October to December for violating community guidelines.
Under this, the company has removed 20 million 592 thousand 341 channels. When the channel is canceled, all the videos in it are automatically deleted. According to a YouTube report, most videos from India have been removed. In these three months, 22 lakh 54 thousand 902 videos of India have been deleted.
After India, more than 1243 thousand videos have been deleted in Singapore, 788 thousand in America, 770 thousand in Indonesia, and more than 516 thousand in Russia.
According to the report, 96 percent of the videos that did not follow YouTube’s community guidelines were automatically removed through the ‘automated flagging system’.
According to YouTube, if a channel receives three Community Guidelines strikes within 90 days and contains only one content containing serious abuse, such channels will be terminated.
