We are Using an AI Chatbot to Provide Information About Government Services: Prime Minister Prachanda has said that AI-based chatbots will be used for information on services provided by government agencies. Stating that AI has ushered in a new era in the field of innovation and productivity, Prime Minister Dahal said that AI chatbots will be used for information flow at the ‘Artificial Intelligence Employment Opportunity for Prosperity Nepal’ event held on Sunday.
 
The emerging AI in the field of information technology has taken the world by storm. In the future, AI will be indispensable in all fields,” said Prime Minister Prachanda. “AI will be useful in routine tasks performed by humans or tasks that take a lot of time, and in innovation and productivity.”
 
Similarly, he said that the priority of good governance can be given meaningful form only by providing services through paperless and faceless systems in the future world.
 
 
He said that the government is taking necessary initiatives for the development of computer technology, robotic technology, data science, machine learning, the internet of things, and computing infrastructure.
 
He said that the efforts and success of young scientists without the priority and encouragement of the state have become a positive inspiration for everyone. He mentioned that this proved the fact that information technology is a field with special potential and highlighted that it is the basic responsibility of the state to encourage young scientists. 
 
“Information technology has come to be at the center of the country’s sovereignty, integrity, sovereignty, internal unity, and harmony. The entire world has come to the place where the qualitative development of information technology and cyber security within the country will protect the country’s independence and self-respect,” he said.
