Now you can exchange whatever brand of phone you are using with the new Samsung smartphone IMS, the official distributor of Samsung phones for Nepal, and Subco Phone, a local manufacturer of refurbished mobile phones, have partnered for the IMS Subco Phone Exchange. This facility has been launched to give mobile users of different brands an option to exchange their used phones with Samsung smartphones.
Under this exchange facility, customers can exchange their used mobile phones of any brand with a new Samsung smartphone. A web-based system has been prepared for the phone exchange facility of IMS Sub.
It is said that customers can easily upgrade to a Samsung smartphone by filling in the details of the phone they are using, and getting their phone’s rating within a minute. To get such an exchange facility, the VAT bill of the mobile phone being used by the customer and the government identity card showing the identity must be provided and filled in the self-declaration form.
In the first phase, this facility is currently available only at IMS Smart Outlets, the authorized distributors of Samsung, and authorized dealers in Kathmandu.
Dikesh Malhotra, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of IMS Group, expressed his belief that cooperation with Sabco Phone will facilitate mobile exchange in Nepal. He also said that the implementation of this facility will be focused on the outlets in Kathmandu in the first phase and the plan will gradually provide this facility throughout Nepal.
By combining the expertise of IMS with the technology of Sabco phones, IMS plans to give its customers an easy opportunity to upgrade to a Samsung smartphone by providing a reasonable price for their used phones.
