Scientists created VR to study rats have prepared VR goggles to study the brains of rats. Northwestern University researchers have prepared small VR goggles. This VR comprises two lenses and a screen, named Miniature Rodent Stereo Illumination VR (IMRCIV). Like normal glasses, the lenses of this VR are separated into two parts. From that, the mouse can see the scene in 180 degrees. Realistic 3D pictures and videos are shown on the screen.

The researchers said that with this, the mice do not see the outside world and feel that they are in an unknown place. But this VR should not be worn by mice like humans. According to the scientists, the mice will be kept healthy using a treadmill.

A flat display was used for studies of the same nature in rats. Which has not been effective. It is mentioned that the new invention will make it easier to do research and map the brains of rats. They say that they will now use this VR to study how mice feel when attacked by birds.

In particular, it is said that VR will be useful for researching the physical and neural activity of rats. Scientists have given detailed information about this in the journal Neuron. They try to work under this matter to do. Even the scientists were testing out those VR results like human brains to use them.
