Today Is The Fifth Day Of Dashain: How Is Your Dashain 2083 Going? Today marks the fifth day of the grand festival of Dashain 2073; people are celebrating joyfully in their own homes and engaging in various activities within their respective communities.
In every household, families come together to prepare for the Dashain festival; they go shopping together, and there is a tradition of preparing and cooking meat at home. During this time, everyone gathers and celebrates Dashain in their own way.
People have long been celebrating Dashain, and for Dashain 2083, they continue the tradition of cleaning their homes and sweeping their courtyards. It is customary to refresh the surfaces near the house using mud or red clay, and many people also paint their homes—a practice that is being followed this year as well.
With the hustle and bustle of Dashain, many people head to the market—some to attend to various tasks or sell their goods, and others to purchase items for their homes. Furthermore, many plan to use the money they have—or have gathered—to visit the market specifically to invest in their business ventures during the Dashain season.
Today, on the fifth day of Dashain, the atmosphere is truly festive; personally, I can really feel that Dashain has arrived. In various places where people gather—such as busy hubs and shopping areas—many people can be seen, and they appear to be very happy.
Some people’s homes have been filled with happiness, while others have been filled with sadness and moments of sadness have also come; when this happens during Dashain, it feels sad. Dashain is something that comes forever, and Dashain is something that should come once a year; even if it’s not Dashain this time, it will be like that next time.
Today marks the fifth day of Dashain in the year 2083; as we reach this fifth day, what is happening with everyone—how are things going for them? I have simply expressed what is happening and how things are unfolding; as for what is taking place in your own homes and surroundings, you can observe that for yourselves—just as you can also understand how things are celebrated during Dashain.
