AI Will Now Show Summary in Google Search Results Google is going to provide a summary prepared by AI in the search results by default. The search generative experience (SGE) announced last year will be provided by the company by default.
According to Search Engine Land, the company is initially testing this feature among some limited users in America. Search Engine Land has mentioned that this feature is also available on the devices of users who have not signed up for Google’s SGE.
Now, to use the search lab, you have to search for any information and click on the ‘Search Lab’ icon. Then Google answers the question that needs a summary from the search lab.
For example, if you search ‘How to repair phone’ now, you will see a link to a webpage related to that topic. Among them, the user himself has to choose the appropriate webpage. However, if you use Search Lab, you don’t have to search all the links one by one. With this, the information you are looking for will appear on the first page of Google search.
Google has said that it is understanding the feedback of the users by making this feature the default in the testing phase. However, this feature will affect websites that depend on search engine optimization. Because the user used to open a webpage to get the information before, with the advent of this feature, there is no need to search for information in the traditional way.
Users can visit the webpage to check the facts, study the subject in detail, or for other purposes. However, it is said that website operators who are making money by bringing traffic will be hit.
