Company Registration Mandatory for Outsourcing or Freelancing For outsourcing, individuals or companies have to register their businesses. In the draft of the Bill on Information Technology and Cyber Security recently published by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, such a provision has been proposed regarding the possibility of conducting industrial business through outsourcing.
According to this, it is said that any person or organization must be registered by the prevailing law for conducting industrial business through outsourcing. Similarly, in sub-section (2) of Section 76, it is mentioned that the recommendation of the department must be taken for business registration. In sub-section (3) of the same section, it is said that other arrangements related to outsourcing will be as specified.
Especially in cases where the company does not have the necessary manpower or resources to complete the required work, the company or the individual allows such work to be done by another party. Outsourcing is the process of letting another party do your work.
Companies or individuals let third parties do the work by outsourcing. Such a third party may be any company or person. If the third party is a person, it is called a freelancer.
