Good Night Sleep on night time when you goto sleeping time then you have wearing the clothes to sleep over in bedroom. You can sleep at limited over which the time of sleep at night time. Every person cannot sleep in correct time because they have own time to sleep there. A good night’s sleep is just as important as regular exercise and a healthy diet.

Older adults need about the same amount of sleep as all adults—7 to 9 hours each night. But, older people tend to go to sleep earlier and get up earlier than they did when they were younger. We needs sleep longer time 8hour at once in night time. If you cross then hour they body will unable to movement will be lazy.

You can have sleep apnea and not even know it. Feeling sleepy during the day and being told you are snoring loudly at night could be signs that you have sleep apnea. But overall, people with healthy sleep patterns find it easy to fall asleep and experience minimal nighttime awakenings.
