Samsung is Solving the Problem that Occurred with the Phone Due to the Software Update Samsung has recently provided a new software update, One UI 6.1, to smartphones, including the Galaxy S23 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Fold Five. After installing the update, users are complaining that they found a bug. Especially after the update, there are complaints that the phone’s fingerprint sensor is not working and the battery is draining fast.
 
On the social networking site Reddit, users said that they could not remove the Secure Folder from the phone. Samsung phones have an App Secure folder that keeps user information, photos, videos, and apps safe. The user complains that he is having trouble uninstalling it.
 
According to Android Police, Samsung has acknowledged this problem and is working to solve it through the Galaxy Store.
 
In the meantime, users can turn off Secure Folder or downgrade to an older version of the app. The version is not live yet. Once available, users can install it from the Galaxy Store.
 
Apart from that, the user complains that the green line appears in the old model of Samsung with the update. The company has not given any official opinion on this matter.
