World Veterinary Day is an initiative of the World Veterinary Association (WVA) and is celebrated every year on the 28th of October. The WVA aims to create a global awareness of the role of veterinarians in protecting and promoting the health and welfare of all animals, and of the global threat against animal health and welfare from disease, hunger, and natural disasters.

In the year 2022, World Veterinary Day will be celebrated on April 30th. This day is celebrated every year by the World Veterinary Association. This year on April 30th, we will celebrate the 88th World Veterinary Day.
