Underline, they will explain about the without monetization channel also getting revenue and with monetization will be getting their revenue from Youtube. What is a bad update will be seen the second option over there. Even some of the people will be angry to update this policy to update this one. Even they have following up this service to know this one. But I do not agree with the second point of YouTube service to update there.
